| Kieran Kelleher, Managing Director,
Savills Croatia and Montenegro |
Irish
born Kieran joined the business in 2004 to assist Vedrana
when the business started to grow.
Kieran left Ireland in 1987 and moved to Australia. Whilst
in Australia, Kieran spent 7 years completing post graduate
studies culminating in a Masters Degree in Business Administration
from The University of Technology in Sydney. In 1995,
Kieran was appointed Regional Managing Director for Asia
with a large British engineering firm and spent six years
living in Singapore, Indonesia, China and New Zealand.
In 2002, Kieran returned to the UK to take up the position
of Managing Director for the British firm.
After ten years in senior management roles, Kieran opted
for a lifestyle change and joined Vedrana in the Business
and moved to Dubrovnik with their son, Liam. |

| Vedrana Kelleher, Director, Savills
Croatia and Montenegro |
Vedrana was born in Dubrovnik and received
a degree in Economics from the University of Split, (Dubrovnik
branch) in 1988. Subsequent to her working in the airline
industry in Dubrovnik, Vedrana left to work in Asia and
Australia where she met her Irish husband, Kieran, in
1996. Upon completing six years in Asia, Vedrana relocated
to the UK.
Whilst living in the UK in 2002, Vedrana founded Savills
Croatia, initially introducing Croatian property to friends
and acquaintances.
As the business grew, it became clear that to operate
effectively, the base for the business would need to move
to Croatia, and Vedrana returned to manage the business
in Dubrovnik in 2004.
Vedrana is jointly responsible for the Savills
Croatia and Montenegro businesses. |

| Tatjana Tošić, Business Director
of Split and
Pula office, Savills Croatia |
After
finishing Economy High School in hometown Osijek, Tatjana
decided to continue her higher education in the capital
of Croatia, Zagreb. Having received a degree in Economics
from the University of Zagreb in 1998, Tatjana's interest
for travel and management took her around the world.
For three and half years she was working for a national
airline company and travelled the globe. Although an interesting
job, Tatjana started to look for a new challenge. Cote’d’Azure
attractive as it is, caught Tatjana’s interest where she
moved to work on a luxury private yacht.
In 2002, Tatjana left Europe and spent one and a half
years co-managing a PADI dive resort island in the Caribbean
where she developed the ability to relate to a wide
range of nationalities, their needs and interests.
Tatjana has been involved in the property business for
more than two years as a partner with ‘Azure’ agency where
she gained a vast knowledge of all matters relating to
property investement in Croatia.
After company merged with Savills Croatia (formerly Dream
Property Croatia), her role is business director of Split
office. Beside Croatian, she speaks fluent English and
conversational Spanish. |

| Mandy-Jo Walter, Business Manager, Savills
Croatia, Dubrovnik |
Yorkshire
born Mandy-Jo began her career in the 80’s advertising
world. Since then she has been overseas from England for
20 years, living and working in Europe and Asia for an
international travel firm, often as the sole manager in
the resort. 1995 saw her change to working for Cunard
Cruise Lines in the prestigious positions of Chief Engineer’s
and Captain’s Secretary onboard 3 ships including the
(then) flagship QE2. After several world cruises she finally
disembarked in 2000 and settled on the Balearic island
of Mallorca. Here Mandy-Jo worked for an international
yacht crew placement agency followed by efficiently running
a prominent real estate agency in jet-set Puerto Portals
marina.
Relocating to Dubrovnik, she co-founded the business,
‘Azure’ in 2003. Well organised she assists in the day-to-day
running of the Dubrovnik office with sales and marketing
of the properties.
Mandy-Jo’s languages include Spanish, and a smattering
of other European languages. |

| Marijo Brzica, Regional Finance
Controller |
Mario
was born in Dubrovnik, Croatia where he finished his
primary and secondary education specializing in mathematical
sciences. He then enrols in the local University of Tourism
and Foreign trade where he earns his bachelor’s degree
in Tourism and Economics. Marijo spent five years as
assistant auditor in a Dubrovnik based company where
he gains extensive knowledge and experience working in
the field of auditing, financial and accounting analysis.
After being promoted to Head of equity department, he
becomes in charge of placing securities of several Dubrovnik’s
major hotel groups to the Zagreb stock market. After
3 years of working as a cost controller in Hotel
Bellevue in Dubrovnik, he joins the company as the
Regional Finance Controller. Marijo speaks fluent
and English and conversational Italian. |

| Goran Kovačević, Property Manager, Dubrovnik |
Born
in Zagreb, Croatia, Goran graduated at the Zagreb University
in 1999. After completing an English course in the Brighton
English School in Bath, U.K. and receiving a certificate
in English language, Goran moved to Dubrovnik and entered
the American College with Travel and Tourism Management
as major studies. After several years of studying, Goran
joined Carnival Cruise Lines and worked in the Hotel
Department for nearly two years. The Carnival Cruise
Line experience has afforded Goran the opportunity to
become familiar with exceptional customer relation skills,
teamwork, creativity and responsibility. Upon completing
the contract at the end of 2002, Goran continued his
study in Dubrovnik and successfully graduated in 2004.
During 2004 Goran was employed by the large American
tourist agency operating all over the world and offering
holiday packages for their clients. Here, Goran spent
nearly two years working as a program director and key
liaison for the guests travelling through Slovenia,
Croatia and Montenegro. At the beginning of 2006 Goran
joined Savills Croatia and started the new division
solely focused on property management
& letting.
Native Croatian, Goran is fluent in English and comprehensive
in Polish. |

| Linda Senjanović, Office Administrator,
Savills Croatia, Split |
Linda
was born in Berlin, May 1971. She moved to Split with
her parents when she was six, and has been living there
ever since. After finishing the local school for translators
and foreign correspondents, she went to Zadar to study
English and German Language and Literature.
During her second year of studies, the war began and
she returned to Split where she started working as an
English teacher for primary school children. Following
this, Linda got a job with the UN as an admin assistant/secretary/interpreter.
Linda has a degree in Cambridge Business English Advanced.
After spending eight years working at the bank Linda
started in the property business and is now in the Split
office.
She speaks fluent English, Italian and some German. |

| Bruna Rožić, Sales consultant,
Split |
Bruna was born in Split in 1980. She studied Tourism
at the Split University of Economics(Dubrovnik branch).
Among her many interests, music takes a significant
part ;in her life - she actively played piano
through six - years music school Josip Hatze in Split.
Also, she played tennis for seven years, and had excellent
team results. Bruna worked as Assistant Manager for
a tourism and development company, and in a private
Health clinic as administrator. After that, her interests
turned to property business, and she is now Sales
consultant in the Split office.
Bruna is fluent in English and has basic knowledge
of Italian. |

| Andrijana Barzut, Sales Consultant, Dubrovnik |
Andrijana
has been working with Savills Croatia in the Dubrovnik
office since 2004. She graduated from the Economic University
of Foreign Exchange with accounting skills and began
working in property thereafter. Bright and cheerful,
Andrijana, 25 years old, has experience with all aspects
of the property business from consultations, viewings,
closing the sale to after sales. |

| Nataša Elaković, Sales Consultant,
Dubrovnik |
Natasa was born and grew up in
Dubrovnik. When she was 19 she left her hometown
to travel the world working on a ship with Cunard
Cruise Lines.
In 1997 she returned home to study. She
was one of the pioneering students of the American
College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik.
After graduation she returned to the sea and further
traveling.
In 2003 Natasa started
to work in the real estate industry, and found a
deep interest in the field. As an experienced real
estate employee, she joined the team of Savills Croatia
in Spring 2007.
She speaks good English and a smattering
of other European and Asian languages. |

Ivan Modrušan, Sales Consultant,
Pula |
Ivan
was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia but currently lives in
Pula where he has finished high school after which he
decided to find a supreme educational program which will
meet his interests. He graduated in 2007 at the American
College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik with
the specialization in Small Business Development. During
his education, Ivan spent a lot of time in Montenegro
learning about the real estate market. After graduation Ivan started to work
as a marketing manager dealing with branded hotel cosmetics. At the end of
2007, Ivan completed a licensed course for real estate agents and in 2008 he
became a member of Savills Croatia team.
Ivan speaks fluent English, conversational Italian and some German. |
Jelena Cvjetković, UK & Ireland
Sales and Marketing Manager |
Jelena
grew up in Dubrovnik but left home at the age of eighteen
for Italy, and shortly afterwards moved to the UK. She
worked as a tour director on tours of Italy for a UK
tour operator and eventually settled in Tuscany where
she spent the next 13 years and gained a vast and varied
work experience. Her experience was mainly in the travel
industry – first for a British tour operator and later
for an Irish one, where she was regional manager for
Tuscany and Umbria. She also taught English and worked
as a translator of film subtitles for major Hollywood
production companies and the Venice film festival. Following
a sabbatical period in Dubrovnik, she moved to the UK.
After years spent in the travel industry working with
rental villas, moving into the property business seemed
like a natural progression.
Jelena has an in-depth knowledge of both Croatia and
Montenegro and speaks English and Italian to native standard.
Her interests include interior design, knitting, yoga,
travel, photography. |
